Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You will also need the invoice.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please review your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you're looking for is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
14-Day Reflection Period for the European Union. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with the previous case, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will inform you when we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and issue the refund.

The buyer will be responsible for the return costs. You have 15 calendar days from receipt of the product until it arrives at our store to make exchanges or returns.
In the case of a full return, the full amount will be refunded using the original payment method. Refunds will not be issued for methods other than the one used for the purchase, nor will shipping costs be reimbursed.
Exclusions
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items that:
Exceed the established deadline (15 days).
Are not in perfect condition.
Show signs of use or improper washing.
