We ship to many parts of the world using professional companies. They are typically processed the following business day, excluding holidays and during high volume seasonal periods.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are sent from our workshop in Girona, orders are managed during business hours. from the confirmation of payment. We may take longer during holidays and busy seasons but we will inform you in advance.

What is the freight cost?

For all destinations, the cost will appear when placing the order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times are 2 to 5 days in Spain and 3 to 10 days in European zone. To know the deadlines for other destinations, you can contact us at info@violetaster.com for more information.

Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability or external distribution issues.

Shipments to countries outside the European Union may incur additional costs of customs fees not included in the shipping price. In no case will the brand bear these expenses.
